Man, your hinges are awesome! I put them on after I got home and it took about 30 minutes even with taking off some copper weatherstrip and trimming 2 of the hinge pockets. I had to reverse the screw in all of the hinges like you said but had no problem putting them in. To adjust, I shimmed the door to where I wanted it and then adjust each hinge to that spot. Took out the shims and no sticking at all. I may need some for a few of my interior doors as well.
